德國(guó)JUMO 熱電偶傳感器
熱電偶是工業(yè)上最常用的溫度檢測(cè)元件之一。
其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:
①測(cè)量精度高。因熱電偶直接與被測(cè)對(duì)象接觸,不受中間介質(zhì)的影響。
②測(cè)量范圍廣。常用的熱電偶從-50~+1600℃均可邊續(xù)測(cè)量,某些特殊熱電偶可測(cè)到-269℃(如金鐵鎳鉻),可達(dá)+2800℃(如鎢-錸)。
③構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單,使用方便。熱電偶通常是由兩種不同的金屬絲組成,而且不受大小和開頭的限制,外有保護(hù)套管,用起來(lái)非常方便。
1.熱電偶測(cè)溫基本原理
將兩種不同材料的導(dǎo)體或半導(dǎo)體A和B焊接起來(lái),構(gòu)成一個(gè)閉合回路。當(dāng)導(dǎo)體A和B的兩個(gè)執(zhí)著點(diǎn)1和2之間存在溫差時(shí),兩者之間便產(chǎn)生電動(dòng)勢(shì),因而在回路中形成一個(gè)大小的電流 ,這種現(xiàn)象稱為熱電效應(yīng)。熱電偶就是利用這一效應(yīng)來(lái)工作的。
2.熱電偶的種類及結(jié)構(gòu)形成
(1)熱電偶的種類
常用熱電偶可分為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱電偶和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱電偶兩大類。所謂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱電偶是指國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了其熱電勢(shì)與溫度的關(guān)系、允許誤差、并有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分度表的熱電偶,它有與其配套的顯示儀表可供選用。非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化熱電偶在使用范圍或數(shù)量級(jí)上均不及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化熱電偶,一般也沒有統(tǒng)一的分度表,主要用于某些特殊場(chǎng)合的測(cè)量。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱電偶按IEC國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn),并S、R、B、K、N、E、J、T八種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱電偶為統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)型熱電偶。
(2)熱電偶的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,為了熱電偶、穩(wěn)定地工作,對(duì)它的結(jié)構(gòu)要求如下:
① 組成熱電偶的兩個(gè)熱電極的焊接必須牢固;
② 兩個(gè)熱電極彼此之間應(yīng)很好地絕緣,以防短路;
③ 補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線與熱電偶自由端的連接要方便;
④ 保護(hù)套管應(yīng)能熱電極與有害介質(zhì)充分隔離。
3.熱電偶冷端的溫度補(bǔ)償
由于熱電偶的材料一般都比較貴重(特別是采用重金屬時(shí)),而測(cè)溫點(diǎn)到儀表的距離都很遠(yuǎn),為了節(jié)省熱電偶材料,降低成本,通常采用補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線把熱電偶的冷端(自由端)延伸到溫度比較穩(wěn)定的場(chǎng)所,連接到儀表端子上。必須指出,熱電偶補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線的作用只起延伸熱電極,使熱電偶的冷端移動(dòng)到儀表端子上,它本身并不能消除冷端溫度變化對(duì)測(cè)溫的影響,不起補(bǔ)償作用。因此,還需采用其他修正方法來(lái)補(bǔ)償冷端溫度t0≠0℃時(shí)對(duì)測(cè)溫的影響。在使用熱電偶補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線時(shí)必須注意型號(hào)相配,極性不能接錯(cuò)。
德國(guó)JUMO 熱電阻傳感器
一、 熱電阻原理構(gòu)造
熱電阻是中低溫區(qū)最常用的一種溫度檢測(cè)器。它的主要特點(diǎn)是測(cè)量精度高,性能穩(wěn)定。其中鉑熱電阻的測(cè)量精確度是的,它不僅廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)測(cè)溫,而且被制成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基準(zhǔn)儀。從熱電阻的測(cè)溫原理可知,被測(cè)溫度的變化是直接通過(guò)熱電阻阻值的變化來(lái)測(cè)量的,因此,熱電阻體的引出線等各種導(dǎo)線電阻的變化會(huì)給溫度測(cè)量帶來(lái)影響。為消除引線電阻的影響一般采用三線制或四線制。熱電阻測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)一般由熱電阻、連接導(dǎo)線和顯示儀表等組成。必須注意以下兩點(diǎn):
① 熱電阻和顯示儀表的分度號(hào)必須一致
② 為了消除連接導(dǎo)線電阻變化的影響,必須采用三線制接法
二、 鎧裝熱電阻
鎧裝熱電阻是由感溫元件(電阻體)、引線、絕緣材料、不銹鋼套管組合而成的堅(jiān)實(shí)體,它的外徑一般為 φ1.0~φ 8.0mm ,最小可達(dá) φ 0.5mm 。與普通型熱電阻相比,它有下列優(yōu)點(diǎn):體積小,內(nèi)部無(wú)空氣隙,熱慣性上,測(cè)量滯后;機(jī)械性能好、耐振,抗沖擊;能彎曲,便于安裝 , 使用壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

TG MAG磁力齒輪泵

A: Vacuum System

C. Measures for Improving Accuracy
1. Imported silicon thin film capacitive pressure transducer, accuracy can reach 0.1% of real reading, better than 0.1% of F.S. (full-scale).
2. 0-10Torr (optional) and 0-1000Torr dual transducers, sectional measurement in pressure range can reduce errors in low vacuum, 0-10Torr silicon thin film transducer is highly accurate than Pirani resistance vacuum gauge (general error is 10%-15%).
3. Unique monolithic manifolds system, decrease connecting points and reduce leak rate apparently.
4. Original stepping coolant level control system, ensure the coolant level unchanged when compares with sample cells in the whole analysis process, completely eliminate the analysis errors caused by dead volume change.
5. Pioneered gas outlet and inlet control system can efficiently prevent sample splash in evacuation and gas inlet process, guarantee clean manifolds and sample weight unchanged, avoid zero and liner drifting caused by transducer’s macro-change.
D. Data Acquisition and Reduction
